EVENT PLANNING
We are not just human jukeboxes; we´re here to help you plan your special event. We will give you helpful suggestions and present options for your event based on our professional experiences in the Music & DJ business. This can involve as little as a couple of hours to as much as 12 hours or more depending on the complexities of the event and your preferences.

COORDINATING WITH OTHER PROFESSIONALS
We are eager and capable to help coordinate your event planned (if hired for such) with your other professionals well in advance of your proposed date. This means you can be rest assured that everyone (Photographers, Videographers, Caterers, etc.) will be on the same ´ wavelength ´ during your special day.

We guarantee to arrive at your event between 45-90 minutes BEFORE the contracted commence time. This assures you of our total preparations necessary to deliver the best Music & DJ Service possible, and to ensure that proper attires are fashioned by the time your first guest arrives.

You can be guaranteed only the finest music would be provided. Each song selection has been screened for relevance, authenticity and decency. We have compiled the most comprehensive music lists (which are continuously updated), comprising of exclusive themes and moods, which cater to your preferences in excellence and the most exquisite fashion.

CONVENIENCE
Last minute and spontaneous requests, additions and/or modifications are easily accommodated since your satisfaction is top priority. At your event, will be an extensive collection of music totaling over 4000 song selections!

MANAGING YOUR WORKSTATION
Our operations area will always be well controlled and tidy. We employ wireless devices and equipment where possible, and our entire set-up is compact and colour coordinated, to provide a classy appearance. In addition, backup equipment is always on site.

INTANGIBLES
The best way to describe this is "above and beyond". Each customer receives a "Conditions of Services" Agreement Contract with specific terms. There are situations that may arise that are not covered by the contract. We are more than happy to assist in any fashion to make sure that your special event is a memorable one.

DETAILED BILLING
No hidden charges! All equipment supplied and/or sub-contracted and each service provided by MOTION CONTROL will be listed by invoice. All quotations included in each invoice are guaranteed and valid for a period of thirty (30) calender days from the date shown.
